The Service Supervisor acts as shift supervisor, responsible for ensuring smooth customer service in the traffic store and coordinating seamless cooperation between the kitchen, the dining area and the market. Duties include guiding and assisting other shift workers toward a successful service experience and meeting set targets. The supervisor leads by example and participates in daily tasks with colleagues. Success is based on shared service and quality goals that steer everyday operations. You will be supported by the skilled ABC Koria team including the area manager, store supervisor, other service supervisors and capable staff. The role is a stepping stone to potential future supervisory roles. Requirements include experience and/or training in hospitality, retail or supervision, good interaction skills, ability to direct the team, willingness to address issues, stress resilience and the ability to prioritize; basic IT skills and familiarity with S-group systems is a plus, and strong customer service skills are essential. The job requires shift work during ABC Koria opening hours. Finnish is our working language; other language skills and a serving license and hygienic passport are considered an advantage.
