Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a nursing assistant or nurse for a permanent position to work in the client’s home. The role involves assisting the patient with daily activities and providing caregiving duties tailored to the individual needs. Key duties include helping with everyday tasks, assisting with transfers and posture management, using lifting devices in transfer situations, operating devices that support breathing, implementing suctioning as needed, and safeguarding the client’s safety and well‑being. The work is performed independently in the client’s home. We require a nursing assistant qualification, experience in caregiving, and the ability to safely operate a patient lift. A calm, respectful, customer‑oriented approach, good interpersonal and cooperation skills, reliability, and commitment are essential, as well as vaccination protection according to §48. The job entails physical assistance in transfer situations, so good physical fitness and the ability to perform ergonomically demanding work are required. The role emphasizes good interpersonal relations, trust, and respecting the client’s individual needs and wishes; there is interaction with the client’s family as part of daily life, so we value tact and the ability to work as part of the client’s everyday life.
