As a practical nurse, your task is to provide comprehensive basic care and support for residents in collaboration with other staff, according to care and service plans, in a way that supports the resident's functional capacity. We therefore expect you to have the skills and ability to work customer-oriented and multidisciplinary. We value good teamwork and collaboration skills, as well as open communication. In Vanamo, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes a team coordinator, nurses, practical nurses, and care assistants. The work involves three-shift work. The qualification requirement is a suitable degree according to the law on the qualifications of social welfare and health care personnel 272/2005 §. We require registration in the central register of social and health care professionals. We use the Lifecare patient information system. Participation in medication management requires a valid medication license. The salary for the position is €2647.17/month. In addition to the base salary, we pay experience-based supplements, which can be 3%-8%.
