Previous supervisory experience is not required, as the famous attitude is what counts! As the name suggests, the shift manager leads their own shift, meaning they are responsible for the smoothness of store daily life and especially the work of store employees in the absence of the store manager and/or assistant store manager. Supervisory work is a valuable line on anyone's CV, and the work of a shift manager is a great step on the leadership career path. We ensure pay equality and fairness in our company with an equal pay system. In remuneration, we follow the trade sector's TES and pay shift managers 11.33 - 15.26 €/h. The basic hourly wage is specified according to the selected person's work experience and education. In addition, the shift manager is paid a 5% salary supplement and a 15% supplement for lead shifts on top of the basic salary. On top of all this comes a separate Lidl supplement (1.5% - 10%) as well as evening, weekend, and Sunday supplements according to the TES. - Good benefits.
