Do you want to do meaningful work? Join us! We are hiring a caregiver for a permanent position. Haksulan toimijatalo is a daytime activity unit in Hakunila, Vantaa. Our operators are people who need support due to developmental disability. We plan and implement our activities together with the operators. Each day is different and the tasks vary. We design individualized and group activities to support participation and autonomy in life. We value experience from daytime activities in the disability sector, ability to guide groups toward goals, and interest in continuous development. We view autism knowledge and experience in empowering the autonomy of people with disabilities as a plus. We require a suitable practical nurse qualification, Valvira registration, and a hygiene card. Medicines licenses must be completed during probation. The selected candidate must provide vaccination protection in accordance with the Infectious Diseases Act and present a criminal record extract as required by social and health care supervision laws. Salary under the private social services collective agreement from 1.9.2026: G24D (2,850.98–3,110.42 EUR depending on experience) + local allowance of 78.56 EUR. We also provide extensive occupational health care, disability and leisure accident insurances, an EPASSI wellbeing benefit of 300 EUR/year and a clothing allowance of 200 EUR/year.
