Receptionist

Receptionist position at Hotel Levi Panorama and Hotel K5 Levi, based in Levi, Lapland. The role involves greeting guests, check-in and check-out, managing reservations, phone and email communications, reporting, and other varied duties in close cooperation with hotel departments. The contract is for the winter season, starting around October–November and extending to March–April 2027, with a possibility for part-time (90 hours every 3 weeks). We operate under MaRaVa collective agreement; employment is between the employee and Bondata. We offer a full-time position during Lapland’s winter season, good onboarding, comprehensive benefits for staff in the Levi area, a friendly team, potential shared housing at a reasonable rent, and Bondata support for employment matters. We expect previous reception experience, Finnish and English language skills, strong problem-solving and stress tolerance, excellent customer service, experience with the Mews booking system, a positive attitude, a willingness to develop skills, and an serving/alcohol permit. Salary is at least the collective agreement rate, 14.31–15.43 €/h.
