We are seeking a Project Specialist for forest and nature management. The role includes planning and executing project activities in accordance with the project plan, organizing information events for forest owners and professionals in person, in the field, and online, and reporting to the project manager. The candidate will collaborate with other project experts and stakeholders, travel within the region, and work in a team of five with the enterprise manager as supervisor. The position is full-time and fixed-term from 1 Oct 2026 to 30 Jun 2028, with a 6-month probation. Salary is based on the Metsäkeskus collective agreement, with a base monthly salary of 3544.60 euros and potential performance-based pay of 0–15% of base. Location Kajaani office.
