As a shift supervisor, you are responsible for the overall operations of the kitchen in the absence of the head chef, ensuring the kitchen staff are motivated and inspired. Your duties include organizing daily kitchen activities and maintaining high quality standards. Close cooperation with the head chef and restaurant manager is essential. The family-owned Glass Resort values straightforward, communicative, and close teamwork with the professional staff of different departments. The ideal candidate is active, language-skilled, solution-oriented, positive in attitude, and possesses good interpersonal skills. The work begins according to agreement, no later than the beginning of October, with the restaurant Gallis opening on September 17, 2026. The employment is initially temporary until April 10, 2026, but extension can be negotiated. The restaurant is open approximately from October to mid-April, with a working hours bank available. Salary is negotiable based on your skills and experience, starting at 2800 euros/month. To succeed in this role, we hope you have: Previous experience in supervisory roles in the kitchen and an interest in developing in the position. Hospitality education or extensive work experience.
