Personal Assistant

I am an open, outgoing man living in Kaarina, Piispanriste, who became disabled in 1991 (high spinal cord injury, tetraplegia C4-6) and uses a manual wheelchair. The job description includes, among other things, assistance with dressing, transfers, and maintaining hygiene (showering/washing, bowel movements, intermittent catheterization). As well as home care, errands outside the home, and occasionally during travel. Necessary orientation will be provided for the job. The position is suitable for someone who has worked in nursing/care or is studying in the field. Good Finnish language skills are essential. Additionally, you are an adult, have good situational awareness, and have no physical limitations. A Class B driver's license is a significant advantage for the flexibility of my errands (I have my own car). The work is a two-shift system: morning shifts (8-9h) and evening shifts (4-6h). Morning shifts are scheduled between 7:30-18:00 and evening shifts between 18:00-23:00. You can influence the shift planning. NOTE! I am also looking for gig/part-time workers.
