Room Attendant

We are looking for SERVICE RESPONSIBLES FOR ACCOMMODATION CLEANING FOR THE WINTER SEASON. At SOL, enjoying work and an encouraging atmosphere are primarily important to us. You will work in versatile tasks in wonderful winter landscapes together with our professional team. The work is physical in nature and requires a willingness to transport cleaning supplies occasionally in challenging weather conditions. As a service responsible, you will meet hotel guests in your work, so customer service is also part of your job. In our hotel cleaning operations, we follow environmentally friendly cleaning methods according to the Nordic Swan Ecolabel criteria. You will therefore receive orientation according to the Nordic Swan Ecolabel criteria for your work. The employment is fixed-term and part-time during the season until 31.3.2027. Work starts according to agreement. Your duties include: - cleaning of apartments and other accommodation facilities, bed making and supply replenishment. - cleaning of common areas, WC facilities, showers, saunas and whirlpools. - transporting linens and cleaning equipment at the site, often in snowy terrain. - meeting customers and ensuring excellent customer service. What do we expect from you? - Customer service and teamwork skills. - Flexibility for varying working hours. - Own car facilitates travel to the site. - Previous experience in room cleaning or similar cleaning tasks. - At least good proficiency in Finnish and/or English for communication in our multilingual team and customer service situations. Salary (13.22 €/h) follows the property services sector collective agreement according to wage group 3, also considering holiday compensations. Shifts are variable from Monday to Sunday between 7.00-18.00 (mainly 8.00-16.00). Work is done in 4-8 hour shifts according to the hotel's occupancy rate and hours accumulate to about 30 h/week. Additional hours are possible when the season is at its peak. The employment is part-time and fixed-term until the end of March 2027, with the possibility of extension.
