Store Salesperson

We are looking for a new salesperson for our Hyvinkää store for a permanent employment contract. In Elisa's stores, we make technology easy and effortless for the customer. We help our customers find working solutions for various everyday situations and technological challenges, whether it's internet connections, a new device, or transferring important data. A good customer experience is created from a genuine encounter and caring service. In the store, your workday includes various customer encounters and versatile tasks, which also brings many opportunities to learn new things. In addition to face-to-face customer service and sales work, you will contact customers by phone. Occasionally, you will also go to events to represent Elisa and meet customers outside the store. Additionally, your workdays include various tasks related to the daily maintenance of the store. Hours and salary? This is a permanent employment relationship. 30-37.5 hours per week are available. The work is shift work according to the store's opening hours on both weekdays and weekends. We hope that you can start working under orientation in late August. Your base salary is determined according to the ICT sector TES (14.92 €/h). In addition, we pay you a bonus for sales performance. As experience and expertise grow, many of our salespeople reach well over 20 € in hourly earnings. What do we hope for from you? You are proactive and work actively towards goals. You adapt smoothly to changing situations and face challenges with a positive and solution-oriented attitude. You have the passion to develop and grow in both sales and customer service. Previous experience in target-driven sales is beneficial, but not mandatory. You work fluently in Finnish, other language skills are considered an advantage. You are of legal age.
