Our Pancho Villa locations in the Helsinki metropolitan area are looking for an adult waiter/waitress with hygiene and alcohol serving passports to join their cheerful team. The future employee must have experience working independently in an à la carte restaurant. Work is available flexibly at three different locations: Jumbo, Tikkurila, and Redi. You can come as you are, because Pancho Villa employees don't need to fit into rigid molds. The most important parts of your role are ensuring the customer experience and a natural ability for sales-oriented and result-driven work. Success is supported if you have the following skills: - You can work independently during an à la carte restaurant shift and have experience in alcohol service - You genuinely care about your work and your colleagues; through cooperation, you keep even challenging workdays pleasant for yourselves and the customers - You are ready to take responsibility for your shift and are a conscientious and reliable employee - You are an energetic and sales-minded waiter/waitress whose smile doesn't fade even during rushes - You are ready to follow the chain's service model and create a memorable restaurant experience for customers using your own personality - You can operate and solve problems under pressure - You understand the principles of functional and cost-effective working and can act accordingly - You understand that in restaurant work, everyone works all shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends - You always want to learn new things and develop in your work As a Pancho Villa employee, you will join our entrepreneurs' growing group, where there is an opportunity to advance your career, for example, to become an entrepreneur.
