Assistant Store Manager

We are looking for an assistant store manager 30h/week for the Luhta Brand Store in Raisio shopping center Mylly. Luhta Brand Store offers a wide range of relaxed options for everyday dressing for both women and men. As a Finnish multi-brand store, domesticity forms the basis of our operations. The Luhta Brand Store range is built on practical and good-looking outdoor and leisure clothing, suitable for enjoying our wonderful nature in all weather. The variability of Finland's seasons is a richness, but it poses challenges for dressing. As a domestic store, we know the requirements of Finland's weather conditions best, and Luhta Brand Store makes fashionable practical dressing easy. Our store completes every wardrobe from shoes to accessories. It is easy to find functional outfits for outdoor activities and leisure from the always up-to-date range – whether for nature, the city, home or hobbies. Domesticity is also visible in our product range: in addition to Luhta's extensive collection, you will find quality products from many other domestic brands in the store, including Icepeak and Rukka. In our Luhta Brand Store in Raisio shopping center Mylly, there is an open position for an assistant store manager, with average contract hours of 30h/week. A 26-week balancing period is in use. You should have the flexibility to work shifts also in the evenings and on weekends. What do we expect from you? In this position, you will work in responsible tasks as an assistant store manager and naturally take responsibility for yourself and not be afraid of challenges or difficult situations where quick decision-making and taking a guiding role are needed. In the role of assistant store manager, you will participate in running the store's daily routines, guiding staff and monitoring sales efficiency figures. We are looking for an energetic, service-minded, proactive and responsible customer service representative. In your work, you are a flexible, unbiased, brave and enthusiastic team player and a customer-service-oriented professional. You have the ability to meet people in a service-minded atmosphere, want to develop in your work, enjoy sales work and have a positive and easily approachable attitude. You are motivated by top results and are ready to work for them. In the salesperson's tasks, you will act as a responsible salesperson in customer service work following the chain's customer promise and customer satisfaction target guidelines. The salesperson implements the sales operating model according to the chain concept.
