HOME SERVICE WORKER FOR PIRKANMAA – FLEXIBLE WORK WITH MEANING We are seeking a part-time home service worker for a local client company in the areas of Nokia, Pirkkala, Ylöjärvi, and Tampere. In this role, you will help customers in their daily lives and perform work where your contribution is directly visible in the customers' well-being. We are looking for a long-term employee who wants to commit to being part of a warm-hearted work community. The job is an excellent fit, for example, for a student or a person seeking flexible part-time work with people. The work mainly consists of home cleaning in customers' homes, but tasks may also include other assistance to ease daily life, such as grocery shopping, errand assistance, or light supportive tasks. You will work independently at different locations during the day, so initiative and good organizational skills will facilitate your daily routine. Fluent Finnish language skills are essential for the position, as is having your own car, as you will move between different customer sites during the workday. Previous experience in cleaning or home services is considered an advantage, but the most important things are a thorough work approach, responsibility, and a customer-oriented attitude. You will receive comprehensive orientation and initial support from more experienced colleagues. The work is primarily daytime between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Initially, approximately 15–25 hours per week are available, and the amount of work can be increased over time based on your wishes and the company's growth. Remuneration is determined according to the real estate services sector collective agreement, taking into account your experience and skills. Mileage allowances are paid for the use of your own car. Work begins as soon as possible once a suitable person is found.
