Could you be our new accounts payable specialist? We are looking for a proactive and precise accounts payable specialist to strengthen our financial management team. You will become part of our cheerful and straightforward work community and get to know our infrastructure construction professionals across Finland. Your duties will focus on managing accounts payable. The role includes, among other things, processing purchase invoices, maintaining supplier information, handling invoice-related clarifications, and communicating with suppliers. Additionally, you will be responsible for internal customer service and participate in other financial management tasks as needed. In your work, you will collaborate closely with both construction sites and other support functions. We are looking for a person with a positive and energetic attitude towards work, who handles customer situations in a straightforward and solution-oriented manner. You are proactive, precise, and responsible in your work, and ready to help your teammates. You do not mind routines, but are simultaneously interested in learning new things and developing operating methods together with the rest of the team. Your workstation is in Vantaa with good transport connections, right near Kehä III and Tuusulanväylä. Jumbo and Flamingo are just a short walk away, and the office is easily accessible by both private car and public transport. We primarily work present at the office. What ensures your success in this role? - You have a suitable educational background for the position (e.g., vocational qualification in business or a bachelor's degree in business administration) - You have experience in financial management tasks, especially in accounts payable work. - You have good interaction and teamwork skills as well as fluent Finnish language skills. Proficiency in English and Swedish is considered an advantage. - You have good IT skills, and Excel is a familiar tool for you. - You work carefully, adhere to schedules, and move things forward independently. - You are flexible and adapt to changing situations. Knowledge of the construction industry environment or experience in accounts payable tasks will facilitate success in the role, but the most important thing is the desire to learn and develop.
