Solution Analyst - HiQ Oy

Role as a Solution Analyst We are looking for Solution Analysts especially for our financial sector client projects. We expect you to have several years (+5) of experience in demanding software development projects and at least a few years of experience in specification tasks either in Solution Analyst or Business Analyst roles or other roles where requirement specification has been significant. Key task areas: Tasks typically vary by project and emphasis can be very different. Typical task areas may include: - Understanding business needs and translating them into more detailed requirements. - Analyzing processes, defining change needs, and developing solution proposals. - Working with various stakeholders including business and different technical teams. - Preparing technical specifications as applicable. Required skills: - Previous experience in Solution/Business Analyst roles. - Experience with large system entities requiring understanding of integrations, interfaces, and dependencies between systems. - Good analytical and communication skills. - Sufficient technical understanding (e.g., basic understanding of system development, application architecture, interfaces, or data domain). - Agile working methods. - Fluent in Finnish and English. Additionally considered an advantage: - Previous experience in banking or insurance sectors. - Deeper experience with data flows, data models, or migration. - Previous experience in Scrum Master or Epic Owner roles. Work is mainly remote, but client projects require on average 1-2 days per week presence in the Helsinki metropolitan area.
