Your key responsibilities include serving in a strategic and consultative role, building strong relationships, taking ownership of contract renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and collaborating across departments to develop and deliver product demonstrations. You will work closely with Solution Engineers and Professional services to understand and meet client needs, proactively identify opportunities, and ensure successful adoption of our solutions. You should have proven experience as an Account Manager or similar client-facing role selling complex software, with experience in post-sales activities, relationship building, and a result-driven mindset.
