Responsibilities
- Own EMEA pipeline generation and top account ownership
- Frame use cases and shape solution direction in early deal stages
- Execute EMEA lighthouse accounts into flagship customers
- Develop EMEA subsegment theses and repeatable plays
- Build and codify the EMEA Playbook; enable regional teams
- Lead regional enablement sessions and training
- Drive regional revenue trajectory and ensure high-volume compute consumption
- Maintain real-time competitive intelligence and position Nebius in Europe
- Evangelize Nebius at industry events and with executives
Requirements
- 7+ years of sales overlay experience in Cloud/AI infrastructure/HPC
- Proven track record in generating and managing pipeline across EMEA
- Experience partnering with Account Executives across multiple countries
- Ability to frame use cases and drive early-stage deals
- Excellent communication and executive presence
- Comfort working with European startups and understanding regulatory contexts (EU AI Act, GDPR)
