Element Builder

Element worker responsible for contributing to the production of building elements in a modern, new production environment in Sievi. The role is varied and hands-on as part of a professional team. Prior construction education or experience is not mandatory but is advantageous. The key is a motivated and proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and careful, initiative-taking work habits. The work is primarily two-shift, with a readiness to move to a three-shift pattern as production needs require. Work begins by agreement with the right candidate and continues until year end.
