What is the work like in practice? As a Telia salesperson, you are involved in creating the best moments of the day for our customers together with your team. Your customer base consists of both current and new customers, to whom you can offer a world-class customer experience and sell our high-quality products and services. Work is not limited to the store, but you will also meet customers at shopping center stands or by phone at the office. Your biggest trump card is the opportunity to work multi-channel, meaning you can move agilely from store visits to phone work even during the same shift. Salary and working hours? Your base salary is at the top of the industry (17.14 €/h), and on top of that you receive a bonus based on your sales results. You can truly influence your own salary level and your work has meaning. We offer a permanent 24–37.5 hour per week contract, and there are also shifts in the evenings and weekends, so the work fits well around a fast-paced everyday life.
