Shift Manager

The Shift Manager role is based at Prisma Syke Hesburger in Lahti. You will be responsible for the Hesburger operation during your shift and ensuring smooth day-to-day service. You will organize tasks, supervise the team, and ensure customers receive friendly, high-quality service. You will primarily work at Hesburger, but you will oversee the entire restaurant’s operations during your shift. We value an enthusiastic approach to customer service and the ability to motivate others. Leadership with a positive attitude and leading by example are expected, and you should keep the big picture under control even in busy times. Previous experience in supervisory or other responsible roles is an advantage. The job requires practical experience working in Hesburger and a good understanding of Hesburger’s concept and operating procedures. Shifts cover all opening hours, so flexibility is appreciated. In addition, the job offers attractive benefits such as discounts on S-group products and services; the salary for full-time positions is 2280–2476 €/month depending on experience.
