**Lead Installer, Electrical Substations** **Join us in building Sähkölandia's new electrical substation installer team in Seinäjoki** Sähkölandia is building stable growth. Our next stage is a new office in Seinäjoki, for which we are now seeking a lead installer to build their own local installation team. Work sites are located across Finland, so the work includes travel and overnight stays at sites as needed. In this role, you will not only lead the team's work as a lead installer but also influence the composition of the installer team and the operating methods we create together. Local support in Seinäjoki is provided by an installation manager and an operational director who have worked with Sähkölandia for a long time. The role does not include personnel management responsibility. **What kind of person are we looking for?** We are looking for a responsible and proactive lead installer who enjoys high-quality work and wants to take responsibility for the success of the work site. Work experience from electrical substation construction or renovation sites is required, but it does not need to span decades. It is sufficient that you can lead your work partner or a small installation group by example and ensure that the work is completed safely, with quality, and on schedule. **Your work includes, for example:** - installation work for electrical substations in construction and renovation projects - guiding the work of your own work group - planning and scheduling work phases - anticipating materials and equipment - practical coordination of the work site together with the project organization - following operating methods according to the site folder - orienting new installers - ensuring safe and high-quality work **The mandatory requirements. This position is for you if:** - you have experience working with electrical substations or similar electrical installation projects - you can work independently and take responsibility for the progress of the work site - you can read work drawings - you can anticipate the needs for materials, equipment, and work phases - you take care of safety and work quality - you interact naturally with others and lead by example - you have a B-class driver's license - you speak and write fluent Finnish **Why join Sähkölandia's growth?** Because you get to build something new without starting from scratch.
