Child Day Care Worker

We are hiring a child day care worker for Norlandia Kipinä in Kerava. You are the person who hears, sees and is truly present in the daily life of the children. You are an early childhood education professional who builds an environment with space for learning, wonder, and collaboration. What we expect from you: You are a qualified early childhood educator who can support children's growth, play, exploration and insight in everyday situations. You work naturally with your group’s other professionals and families to ensure the day proceeds calmly and coherently. You participate in activity planning and development, and take responsibility for ensuring daily situations progress in a way suitable for the children and support their learning.
