Site & Quality Manager ( Freelance) Frankfurt, Germany We're seeking an experienced Site & Quality Manager to lead the delivery of data center construction projects in Frankfurt. This is a hands-on site leadership role, responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities, coordinating subcontractors, driving programme delivery, and ensuring all works are completed to the highest quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Lead all on-site construction activities and act as the primary site representative. Manage subcontractors, ensuring productivity, quality, and programme targets are achieved. Deliver projects to a snag-free standard, maintaining exceptional attention to detail throughout installation. Coordinate site logistics, including labour, plant, materials, and access requirements. Monitor progress against programme and proactively resolve risks, delays, and site challenges. Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and site procedures. Maintain accurate site records, quality documentation, and H&S reporting. Provide technical oversight for façade systems, irrigation installations, and associated interfaces. Build and maintain strong relationships with project teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and client representatives. Requirements Essential Proven experience managing medium to large-scale construction sites. Experience delivering complex commercial construction projects. Strong subcontractor management and leadership skills. Excellent understanding of quality control and snag-free project delivery. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong planning, organisational, and logistical management capabilities. Proactive, solutions-focused approach with a willingness to lead from the front. SiGeKo qualification or equivalent (SMSTS accepted). First Aid certification. Fluent English and German language skills. Desirable Experience with façade systems. Exposure to irrigation systems, landscaping, or green infrastructure projects. Experience working within data centre or similarly high-specification environments. What's on Offer?
