Do you want to help modernize Finland’s electricity system? We are now looking for a Data Hallway Specialist to join our Helsinki-based team in a new role to develop Fingrid’s data governance practices and ensure data can be used effectively for the energy transition, analytics and AI needs. In this role you will be part of the ICT function’s Data & Analytics Services team, which centrally owns the data platform, data development, reporting and analytics tools and common data governance practices used by domain teams. We work in a hybrid model and hope to see you in the office about 2–3 days per week.

- Support the roll out of unified data governance across data domains
- Assist business in describing, modeling, owning and using data consistently
- Provide guidance, coaching and concrete operating models
- Develop data governance practices and ensure data catalog usage
Requirements
- Experience with data development or data governance
- Understanding of data ownership, metadata and data quality
- Ability to produce clear guidance and supporting materials
- Strong collaboration skills with business and ICT teams
