We are seeking skilled and hardworking housekeepers for Saariselkä during the winter season 2026-2027. As a housekeeper you will be part of a team responsible for attractive and well-kept views of the resort’s premium suites and general public areas. Your contribution is essential to guest comfort. The guest accommodations are separate viewing suites, and movement between accommodations takes place outdoors. The position is temporary, 90 hours over 3 weeks, starting mid-November and lasting until the end of the winter season, March 2027. We follow the Hospitality, Catering and Leisure Service collective agreement; pay level depends on the contract and experience. Housing is arranged close to Saariselkä town centre with a private room at a reasonable rent. We offer a high-quality workplace, good onboarding, a supportive team, ample outdoor recreation in the Saariselkä area, and a shared apartment in the centre area at reasonable rent. Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain premium suites and public areas to high standards
- Ensure guest areas are presentable and welcoming
- Move between accommodations outdoors as needed
- Collaborate with hotel team to deliver excellent service
- Assist with general housekeeping tasks as required
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning/housekeeping
- Attention to detail and a can-do attitude
- Good team and customer service skills
- Fluent English; other languages are a plus
- Good physical condition and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of Mews system is an advantage
- Category B driving license and own car helpful for travel around the area
