We are looking for a Forestry Specialist for the Turku procurement district. What to expect: As a Forestry Specialist you are responsible for wood trading, forest services sales and delivering a good customer experience in your area of operation in Laitila. Your workplace is the Laitila local office. You will be an important part of the Turku circle’s team of about 30 professionals. You report to the district manager. Your tasks include contacting forest owners and planning silvicultural work and harvesting with regard to biodiversity and safety. You will advise forest owners on all matters related to forest asset management. What we require: suitable forestry education, good interpersonal skills, willingness to actively contact forest owners and the ability to work independently and with a focus on results. Prior experience in similar tasks is an advantage. Good Finnish speaking and writing skills are required. A valid driver’s license is mandatory for the role.
