Construction Assistant

Construction assistants to Tuusula! We are looking for construction assistants for gig-based tasks in Tuusula and elsewhere in the Uusimaa region! We are seeking proactive and motivated individuals who are ready to take on diverse assisting tasks at construction sites. In addition to Tuusula, gigs are available elsewhere in Uusimaa, offering varied locations and the chance to gain valuable experience from different sites. Job Description: You will perform a wide range of assisting tasks in the construction industry: carrying materials, moving materials, cleaning and clearing work, hauling, and various demolition tasks. Depending on your skills and interest, there is also the opportunity to assist more experienced construction workers. Workdays are generally on weekdays between 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM. Work is carried out at various site locations, so we expect a willingness to move between different sites. This is an excellent opportunity for you to get to know different sites and the job opportunities they offer! Requirements for success in the role: Attitude is the key to this job! This means a brisk approach to work, a desire to learn, and completing tasks carefully from start to finish. Previous experience or studies in the construction field are a plus, but not a requirement for the position. Beginners are welcome. However, the position requires the following: * Willingness to perform physically demanding work * Legal adulthood * Proficiency in Finnish * A valid occupational safety card (approved by the Occupational Safety Centre) Access to a car and a hot work permit are advantageous but not essential for the role.
