Shift Supervisor / Sales Assistant

We are now seeking a cashier/sales assistant combined with a shift supervisor role for a permanent position. In the shift supervisor role you ensure that store tasks run smoothly and on schedule. Your diverse workday includes customer service at the till and in the store, shelf replenishment, planning and implementation of product presentation, and ensuring the store’s upkeep. You are responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and handling any customer complaints according to our service promise. An important part of your duties is maintaining store condition, shelf availability, and shrink. Your shifts may include opening and closing the store and handling sick leave, as well as implementing the store concept and promotional displays and price displays. The shift supervisor operates in specifically defined shifts when there is no department head or store manager. In other shifts the shift supervisor performs the regular cashier/store duties. This position is a fixed-term temporary assignment for 12.10.2026–31.8.2027 with a 37.5 h/week pattern. We offer you an opportunity to take on more responsibility alongside the salesperson role, with a richer, more varied day and chances to grow. Higher pay is provided for hours worked as shift supervisor. An advantage is a vocational qualification in frontline supervisory work or a partial completion of it, but it is not required.
