The start date and shifts are negotiable, with a focus on weekends and evenings. As a security guard, you are responsible for the safety of both customers and staff, as well as general order. You are not deterred by challenging situations and can take control quickly when necessary. The role of a security guard requires a security guard card (järjestyksenvalvojakortti) and a customer service mindset. Previous experience in security tasks and additional qualifications, such as use-of-force and first aid training, are considered an advantage.
