Start as soon as possible and last 6–12 months. We expect a strong pedagogical approach, a positive and proactive attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to engage with children authentically. Our approach is solution-oriented and we encourage trying new things. In our day-care centers, adults working with children share responsibilities so everyone has time to focus on their work and do it well. Requirements: suitable social and health sector basic degree (childcare worker or practical nurse including child care and upbringing studies) or other equivalent qualification. The chosen candidate must present a certificate of criminal background as required by law.
