We are looking for talented students to join Evli’s Helsinki office as Analyst Interns for 3–5 months in spring or fall period in 2027, with flexible start and end dates. Evli Corporate Finance is a leading provider of investment banking services in Finland and Sweden with a broad offering within M&A, ECM, and Debt Advisory. The team has completed over 200 transactions in the last decade and you will be an integrated member of the Corporate Finance team. You will work on demanding projects, including both M&A and ECM, with a high level of involvement from day one. Tasks include company and market analysis, valuation, financial modelling, and preparation of presentation materials. Requirements include being a 2nd–5th year university student with studies in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Industrial Engineering and Management; a goal-oriented, analytical mindset; teamwork and strong presentation and interpersonal skills; genuine interest in business and financial markets; fluency in Finnish and English; previous work experience is not required but is an asset.
