Eligibility requirements for the position of daycare director include the qualifications for an early childhood education teacher or social worker as specified in sections 26 or 27, at least a Master's degree in Educational Sciences, and sufficient leadership skills. Excellent Finnish language skills are required. We value experience in supervisory work, solution-oriented expertise, and strong digital skills. The employment relationship follows OVTES regulations. The position-specific salary is currently €3,926.51, including a qualification supplement of €54.21. There is a six (6) month probationary period.
