We are currently seeking for our Kauhajoki office a Site Manager to support the daily operations and customer projects of our growing, international installation business. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our sites, organizing daily activities and ensuring the smooth progress of projects. At the same time, you will ensure that the quality of our work remains high. Your work will mainly consist of the daily coordination of sites and customer projects, ensuring the flow of information, managing the necessary documentation, and tasks related to warehouse maintenance. You will actively participate in the development of operations, utilizing various information systems fluently. You may be the person we are looking for if you have: - A technical educational background (engineer or equivalent) - Experience and understanding of mechanical installations or design tasks - Some experience in supervisory roles, such as acting as a site manager or project manager - The ability to lead personnel and take responsibility. You also possess good organizational skills. As a person, you are approachable and enjoy interacting with different stakeholders (design, installation, supervision, customers). You drive things forward with determination and can handle the pressure caused by occasionally overlapping expectations. You are open to development and have a practical approach to work. You have fluent skills in Finnish and English; Swedish is considered an advantage. You are proficient in using various systems, and especially at the beginning of the employment, traveling to our customers is not a problem for you.
