The Finnish Data Center Association (FDCA) is seeking a permanent specialist to take ownership of our member services as a whole, and to build AI-native ways of working and infrastructure into the organization from the ground up. We are an industry association operating under Technology Industries of Finland (TIF), which means we have the backing of an established and significant organization, its channels for influence and a top-tier network of colleagues, while also enjoying the freedom and can-do spirit of a small and agile organization. We are now hiring a second full-time employee to work alongside our Executive Director in our growing association. The role In this role, you will make sure that a rapidly growing group of association members receives excellent service and connects with one another. Alongside member services, you will be responsible for developing the association's operations into a modern organization that takes full advantage of AI. Succeeding in the role requires strong interpersonal and stakeholder skills, as well as experience with and insight into the advanced use of modern AI tools. You will report to the Managing Director and work closely with the association's board, outsourced experts and the wider Technology Industries of Finland community. The position is full-time, 38 hours per week. Responsibilities - Member services as a whole: understanding the needs of the membership, onboarding new members, member communications, events and working groups. - Managing projects and procurement related to member services, e.g. the development of the CRM, website and member directory. - Developing AI capabilities: building AI workflows and the underlying knowledge base required to support the association's various areas of activity. - Supporting the Managing Director in advocacy and partnership work, and representing the Finnish Data Center Association at occasions and events.
