Maintenance Team Leader

Come and help keep everyday life rolling at our factory in Sahalahti, Kangasala. We are looking for a Maintenance Team Leader In this role, you will be in the middle of the action – ensuring that production runs smoothly and developing maintenance together with a skilled team. What will you be doing? - Lead the daily work of a 10-person electrical maintenance team and ensure the smoothness of everyday life. - Influence the development of the operating methods of your area of responsibility. - Take care of occupational safety and ensure that the team has good conditions to succeed in their work. - Be part of the factory's 30-person maintenance team and work closely with production to ensure the undisturbed operation of the factory. - In this position, you will be able to influence and take responsibility – supported by a skilled work community. What do we hope for from you? - Experience in industrial maintenance and maintenance systems. - Supervisory experience from an industrial environment. - Ability to lead a team, support everyday activities and get people to succeed together. - Solution-oriented and analytical way of working. - Courage to make decisions and manage overall processes. - Appropriate education (e.g. electrical, automation or mechanical engineering) and fluent Finnish and English language skills.
