Rituals is opening a new store in Mikkeli Stella and is looking for a Shop Manager to be responsible for the customer experience and sales targets from day one. You will work closely with the Area Manager to drive sales, KPI targets, and the overall success of the store. Your duties include developing monthly productivity plans, managing store operations such as HR, recruitment, scheduling, cash control, and security, as well as managing the store budget. You will also be responsible for product availability and daily routines, including inventory management and maintaining store cleanliness. A key part of the role is promoting employee well-being and engagement through regular one-on-one meetings and monthly team meetings to discuss development areas and goals. Rituals provides continuous training tailored to your skill level to help you advance your leadership skills. You will join a team of dedicated, positive, and service-oriented colleagues working according to 'Heart & Soul' principles. The position is full-time (37.5 hours per week) starting in August 2026.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience as a shop manager in retail or customer service
- Leadership skills (communication, interaction, coaching, and developing others)
- Problem-solving skills and ability to take responsibility
- Good system skills
- Fluent in Finnish and English
- 18 years of age or older
