Building Cleaner

We are looking for a versatile person to join Meri-Pori as a substitute for the team. Do you enjoy varied workdays and want to see the whole range of services in Meri-Pori? Meri-Pori Service Department is seeking a skilled substitute for a permanent position. In this role you are a trusted player in our service area, with placements across pleasant sites including a kindergarten and school facilities, a library, and office and leisure spaces. Because sites can change quickly, your days will be diverse. What we offer you? Two professions in one: you will apply your skills in both meal service and cleaning services. Modern technology and robotics: we are pioneers in the cleaning sector, using modern robotic combinations and autonomous circular floor cleaners. Less physical strain: robots handle large floor areas, allowing you to focus on professional tasks and develop digital skills. Stability: you will be part of a community of about 300 professionals who value your contribution. Your duties: depending on the site, you may work independently or as part of a larger team. Responsibilities: Meal services: partial preparation of meals, serving, dishwashing and food orders and self-monitoring (Aromi system). Cleaning services: maintaining sites according to service descriptions using modern technology. Quality assurance: you are responsible for safety at work and high-quality customer service at all sites. We expect from you: Professional competence: relevant training and/or work experience in the field. Mobility: the job requires using your own car to travel across Meri-Pori. Skills: Hygienic pass and basic IT skills are an advantage. Attitude: you are a proactive team player with a positive mindset and a genuine desire to develop in your profession. Contract details: Start date: 1.10.2026 (6-month probation). Working hours: 38.25 h/week. Shifts are weekdays 06:00–20:00.
