About Grüns: Grüns creates simple, comprehensive nutrition in convenient gummies made from 60 nutrient-dense ingredients. We operate fully remotely with teammates across multiple countries and time zones, and we come together for in-person offsites twice a year. Role overview: Analytics & Finance Manager, International will own and scale analytics for Grüns’ international business, partner with senior international leaders to evaluate performance, surface opportunities, and drive execution as we expand globally. You will build durable analytics infrastructure, translate data into clear business insights, and drive high-impact decisions with autonomy. Responsibilities include owning analytics for international operations, identifying growth opportunities, applying structured problem-solving frameworks, building data models and BI dashboards, and presenting findings to executives. Requirements include BS/MS in a quantitative field, 5+ years of data analytics experience, high proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, fluency in English, and experience with Looker dashboards (preferred) and knowledge of R or Python (preferred).
