Welder Fitter

Welder/Fitter Wanted – Full-Time Position in North Savo. Our client, a metal industry company located in the North Savo region, is a global producer of mechanical and electronic components for machinery. Across its factories in Finland and Estonia, the company employs more than 900 skilled professionals. In this unit, the role focuses on welding and assembling various fuel and hydraulic tanks for forestry machinery. Main Duties: - Manufacturing parts according to technical drawings - Performing locksmith and fitting tasks - Welding components using the MIG/MAG method (steel bars and sheet metal, thickness 3–16 mm) - Grinding, smoothing, and finishing metal structures Requirements: - Strong skills in reading and interpreting technical drawings - Valid 135 welding certificate (considered an advantage) - Forklift driving experience is beneficial - Minimum of 3 years of professional welding experience - Experience with robot welding is an asset - Knowledge of English or Finnish is considered a plus What We Offer: - Permanent employment - Possibility to work within a working-hours bank system - Employment contract following Finnish labor laws - Starting salary from EUR 14.87/h, plus shift and holiday allowances - Support with administrative procedures for working and living in Finland - We provide assistance in arranging accommodation in the vicinity of the workplace to ensure a smooth relocation.
