**Come and help create the story of a lifetime. We are looking for a Charge Nurse for Järvenpää Validia-talo.** We are currently seeking a nurse to strengthen our multidisciplinary team. Disability work is versatile and provides a suitable level of challenge through its variety. We emphasize genuine encounters, a rehabilitative approach, and collaborative work. This is a full-time position, primarily consisting of weekday morning shifts. As the Charge Nurse, you are responsible for the holistic nursing care and health promotion of the clients. Your duties include assessing, monitoring, and documenting clients' health status, as well as creating care plans and guiding staff in their implementation. You are responsible for the planning and development of medication management and ensure its safe execution. You support and orient nursing staff and strengthen their expertise, while also actively participating in daily nursing care with clients. Additionally, you participate in team meetings and unit development, bringing your expertise to the multidisciplinary cooperation. Järvenpää Validia-talo is a 24-hour assisted living unit housing 32 clients.
