g2 are currently supporting a client on a major Data Centre project in Finland and am looking to speak with experienced Commissioning Managers for a freelance contract role. This position requires someone who is comfortable working full-time onsite and is available to operate on a freelance/contract basis for the duration of the project. Job Title: Commissioning Manager Package: Rotation Location: Data center-Finland Contract: 2 years Rate: Depends on experience The Role Lead and manage all commissioning activities across the project Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and client teams Oversee testing, validation, and system handovers Ensure commissioning programs and documentation remain on track Drive project milestones while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety Requirements Proven experience as a Commissioning Manager within Data Centers, Mission Critical, MEP, or large-scale construction projects Strong understanding of commissioning processes and project delivery Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and leadership skills MUST be open to working onsite in Finland MUST have the right to work in Finland MUST be available to work on a freelance/contract basis

- Right to work in Finland
- Available to work on a freelance/contract basis
