We are seeking two specialist physicians in emergency medicine for new positions to strengthen our current team and develop the future of emergency medicine in Lapland. As the only hospital in Lapland with extensive emergency services, we offer opportunities for the broad application and continuous development of an emergency physician's professional skills. Cooperation within the unit and with other operators is seamless. Eligibility Requirements and Expectations The eligibility requirement for the position is a degree as a specialist physician in emergency medicine. We hope you have good cooperation skills and a desire to develop emergency medicine operations in the Lapland region. A positive attitude toward training and broad experience in emergency work are considered an advantage. Terms of Employment The terms of employment are determined in accordance with the Collective Agreement for Doctors (LS), and remuneration is based on the career ladder system and a competitive local agreement for emergency medicine. The position is subject to a six (6) month probationary period. Regarding staff vaccination protection, we follow the requirements stipulated by the Communicable Diseases Act.
