Substitutions are available in the following units: Kuunari, Uusikaupunki: 1.9 - 31.12.2026 (position filled) Malmkulla, Parainen: as soon as possible - 18.10.2026 Your Role The goal of the work is to support the client's home living. The work is versatile and based on the client's individual plan and goals. In these units, your duties include implementing the client's rehabilitation plan, providing basic and medication care, as well as daily documentation, and preparing care or service plans. What we expect from you You are interested in a rehabilitative approach and want to actively support the client's functional capacity. The work requires responsible and planned working methods and the ability to function as part of a multidisciplinary team. In Parainen, you must have good written and oral skills in either Finnish or Swedish, and satisfactory skills in the other language. In Uusikaupunki, the work requires good Finnish language skills. Work experience in elderly services, a valid LOVe medication permit, knowledge of the RAI assessment system, and good IT skills are considered an advantage.
