Security Guard

Lead security operations at K-Citymarket Columbukseen in Helsinki. We are hiring a permanent security guard for a monthly-paid position. The guard will handle operational security activities at the site, with emphasis on customer service. The role requires shift work across all days, typically morning and evening shifts. The salary follows the security industry collective agreement at Level II, with a base rate of 12.74 EUR per hour plus task-related personal allowance and other supplements. Required: customer-service mindset, proactive and responsible attitude, commitment to the role and site, prior security experience and store security experience, ability to operate technical security devices and CCTV, decision-making and quick reaction skills. Bonus: prior professional qualifications and supervisory experience. A valid security guard card is required.
