Come work with us! We are looking for a new speech therapist colleague for our Kotka team. The work includes individual rehabilitation for children, carried out either at our office at Kirkkokatu 21 or in the client's everyday environments in the Kymenlaakso region. Remote rehabilitation is also possible, and comprehensive material packages are available to support the work. Our team consists of professionals from various rehabilitation fields, such as physiotherapists and occupational therapists. In a multidisciplinary team, we learn from each other and implement high-quality rehabilitation for the benefit of our clients. Your immediate supervisor is a rehabilitation professional who ensures that daily operations run smoothly, allowing you to focus on client work. We support your well-being by investing in coaching-based leadership. We want to enable the development of your expertise by providing you with a personal annual training budget. You can be employed under an employment contract with various salary models or as a professional practitioner. Part-time work is also possible. For a full-time speech therapist on a monthly salary, the salary is 4,030 - 4,739 € depending on experience and the work area. We use flexible working hours on weekdays, so you can plan the rhythm of work to suit you. If you wish, you can also choose our performance-based pay model, allowing you to influence your own salary. Our speech therapists working on performance-based pay earn an average of 4,000 - 6,500 eur per month depending on their own pace of work. Working with a performance-based model is flexible - you can do less, in which case your earnings are correspondingly lower, or more, in which case your income level can be significantly higher than the average. The form of employment or working hours can be modified according to your needs, and our extensive network of offices also enables moving to another location if your life situation changes. To succeed in the job, you need: - A degree in speech therapy and speech therapist qualification granted by the National Supervisory Authority for Welfare and Health (Valvira). - A driver's license and the possibility to use your own car if necessary. - A flexible approach and a positive attitude. - Vaccination protection in accordance with the Communicable Diseases Act to ensure the safety of our clients. - The person selected for the position must present a criminal record extract for working with minors.
