Are you a professional in integration services with a passion for developing services that support integration and employment for all clients? Helsinki's employment services work to connect job seekers and employers. We help job seekers acquire the skills needed for employment and assist employers in finding skilled workers. We are seeking a planner for a fixed-term position from September 1, 2026, to December 31, 2027, to develop services that promote the integration and employment of immigrants across all employment service units. The role is within proactive services, supporting and developing integration services for job seekers and those outside the labor force. Our work promotes employment and integration of recent immigrants in Helsinki in various life situations. In this role, you will design and implement the development, organization, and delivery of services for immigrant clients in employment services, especially working with multidisciplinary cooperation, labor exploitation issues, and NGO collaboration. You will identify client needs, collaborate with stakeholders, and lead development projects. You will support the integration of new models into customer work and monitor their implementation. This position allows you to utilize and develop your expertise while supporting the success of employment services. You will work with a knowledgeable and development-oriented team in a meaningful and diverse role. The position is in the proactive services team outside the labor force services. The qualification requirement is a suitable higher education degree or equivalent experience, good Finnish and English skills, and satisfactory Swedish or other language skills. We require knowledge of employment promotion systems, integration law and services, experience in client work promoting integration, ability to develop services and processes collaboratively, project management experience, and excellent cooperation and negotiation skills.
