Spare Parts Salesperson

Ponsse is seeking a Spare Parts Salesperson for their service center in Kouvola. In this role, you will operate at the customer interface, responsible for the sale of spare parts and accessories for forest machines as well as customer service. You will work closely with maintenance and machine sales professionals to ensure customers receive the best service in the industry, flexibly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include warehouse management, receiving warehouse orders, shipping customer orders, and handling the spare parts needs of the maintenance department. You will also be responsible for the presentation of Ponsse Collection products. Success in this role requires a commercial mindset, the ability to identify customer needs, and a drive to actively develop sales. A solution-oriented approach and a genuine desire to serve customers are essential. Requirements include a sales-oriented mindset, an active approach to customer service, and experience in technical or spare parts sales, with knowledge of the forest machine industry being an advantage. Candidates should have a customer-centric approach, good interaction skills, the ability to work both independently and in a team, and a willingness to learn new things.
