We are currently seeking a customer service and sales-oriented sales associate for our store in Porvoo, Finland. At Kappahl, we work according to our customer promise "Fashion fit for life". As a sales associate, you will ensure that a visit to our store feels pleasant, safe, and inspiring—a place where customers want to return. With a warm welcome and strong initiative, you will guide customers toward long-term purchases and provide a unique customer experience. The goal is to listen, sense, and help them find a new favorite piece of clothing that can be worn again and again. You are flexible, able to easily shift focus, and reprioritize. Work starts on August 24, 2026 / by agreement, and the working hours are 5 h/week. We are looking for someone who: - Enjoys diverse tasks and a fast-paced work environment - Is enthusiastic about sales and service, and wants to provide the customer with the best shopping experience - Loves teamwork and collaborating with others to achieve goals - Is very proactive and takes responsibility for their work - Can use digital tools and integrate them smoothly as part of high-quality customer service - Serves customers fluently in Finnish and English. Other language skills are considered an advantage - Previous experience in retail and the service sector is considered an advantage We require the age of 18.
