Kakslauttanen Arctic Resort is one of Finland's best-known and most talked about travel destinations. This family business, founded in 1974, is in Saariselkä, Lapland. Kakslauttanen hosts around 30,000 visitors each year, many of them from abroad. We are looking for skilled and experienced Bell Attendants to join us for our winter season 2026-2027. Contract is seasonal, starting mid October- mid November until end of March 2027. We provide full hours, 112,5h/3week period. Your role is very important as you will make sure that thecustomers are in right place in right time. You will be responsible for transporting guests and their luggage throughout the resort, for example to their accommodation or to activities. You will work closely with reception department, and your team leader is guiding you during your employment. The person we are looking for is: * Previous experience driving in snowy conditions is needed, as it's very important that our customers are having a safe ride. * Knowledge how to drive a van (manual). Our cars are mainlyFord Transit. * Good physical condition as you will be helping customers with their luggage and sometimes those can be heavy! * B-driving license * Skill of working under pressure, during the busiest season working day can be at times hectic! * Ability to work independently after training * Customer service oriented * Flexible in working different shifts * Previous experience working in a place, where is a lot of customers is an advantage The location of the resort is in the middle of lovely nature, and here you also have time to enjoy nature and try different activities that you might never get to try otherwise. We have also a small gym for our staff, and possibilities to try cross country skiing and other winter activities. It is possible to rent an shared apartment through us, so it is easy to join us where ever you are coming from. Apartments are for two people. In terms of employment, we follow the collective agreement of the tourism and restaurant industry, and the salary is according to the agreement, considering the applicant's previous experience and education.
